Mini cupcakes
Mini Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe (5-Minutes)
Ingredients:
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 1 large egg
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup boiling water
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini cupcake tin with paper liners.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick.
5. Add Boiling Water: Gradually add the boiling water to the batter, mixing until smooth. (The batter will be thin – this is normal!)
6. Fill Cupcake Tin: Pour the batter into the mini cupcake tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
7. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool and Serve: Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Top with frosting if desired!
