Banana bread brownies

Banana Bread Brownies 🍌🍫  

A delicious fusion of banana bread and brownies, topped with a creamy frosting. A perfect treat for banana and chocolate lovers!  

Ingredients:  
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)  
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted  
- 1 cup granulated sugar  
- 1/2 cup brown sugar  
- 2 eggs  
- 1 tsp vanilla extract  
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour  
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder  
- 1 tsp baking soda  
- 1/2 tsp salt  

For the Frosting:  
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened  
- 2 cups powdered sugar  
- 2 tbsp milk  
- 1 tsp vanilla extract  

Directions:  
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.  
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.  
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.  
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.  
- For the frosting, beat the butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled brownies.  
- Slice and serve.
