Milk Balls Recipe
Here’s a simple Milk Balls recipe, also known as Milk Powder Ladoo or Milk Barfi, depending on the consistency:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk powder
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews)
- A pinch of saffron strands (optional)
Instructions:

Heat the Ghee
- In a pan over low heat, add ghee and let it melt.

Add Milk & Milk Powder
- Pour in the milk and stir in the milk powder gradually to avoid lumps.

Mix in Condensed Milk
- Add condensed milk and mix continuously over low heat.

Cook Until Thick
- Stir the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan (about 5-7 minutes).

Add Flavor
- Mix in cardamom powder and saffron strands. Remove from heat.

Shape the Balls
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then grease your hands and shape them into small balls.

Garnish & Serve
- Press chopped nuts on top and serve!
