Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk powder
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Ghee

    • In a pan over low heat, add ghee and let it melt.
  2. Add Milk & Milk Powder

    • Pour in the milk and stir in the milk powder gradually to avoid lumps.
  3. Mix in Condensed Milk

    • Add condensed milk and mix continuously over low heat.
  4. Cook Until Thick

    • Stir the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Add Flavor

    • Mix in cardamom powder and saffron strands. Remove from heat.
  6. Shape the Balls

    • Let the mixture cool slightly, then grease your hands and shape them into small balls.
  7. Garnish & Serve

    • Press chopped nuts on top and serve!

These milk balls can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
