3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. Cream Butter and Sugars:
In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
4. Add Eggs:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring they are fully incorporated.
5. Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Stir in Chocolate Chips:
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
7. Scoop and Bake:
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center.
8. Cool and Serve:
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
