Instructions:

1. Prepare the Blueberry Filling:

In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally (5-7 minutes). Set aside to cool.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.

3. Make the Dough:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add milk gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.

4. Assemble the Rolls:

Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 10x12 inches).

Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.

Spoon the cooled blueberry filling on top of the cheesecake layer.

Carefully roll up the dough tightly from one long side. Cut into 8-10 slices.

5. Bake:

Place rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. Make the Glaze:

Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Drizzle over the warm rolls.
