Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
1/2 cup sliced jalapeƱos (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Sour cream or salsa for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the beef:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning (and water if directed on the seasoning packet) and cook according to the package instructions, simmering for a few minutes until the flavors meld together.
2. Warm the tortillas:
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds, making them pliable and easier to wrap.
3. Assemble the wraps:
Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spoon a generous amount of the seasoned beef in the center.
Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the beef.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapeƱos.
Add shredded cheddar cheese for extra cheesiness, if desired.
4. Wrap it up:
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap.
5. Serve:
Serve with a side of sour cream, salsa, or extra nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
Enjoy your delicious nacho cheese beef wrap!
